As the Operating Principal of a thriving Keller Williams Realty office in Plainville Massachusetts, Eric’s main objective in his current role, along with his leadership team is to expand market share for his office and his associates while driving top profitability. In accomplishing this, everyone benefits…from his associates, their clients and the company itself. Eric prides himself in accomplishing this objective in two distinct ways. First, by recruiting top talent among the real estate agent and broker community to his team. Second, by training, coaching and consulting his top associates to build thriving real estate businesses. Upon earning his real estate license in 1998, Eric’s mission and goal was to immediately focus on delivering extraordinary service to others and help them achieve their goals. This focus was directed toward buyers and sellers for the first 8 years of his career. For the past 14 years the focus turned toward leadership where his attention has been placed on guiding real estate professionals to become the best they can be so they can deliver the very best to their clients. In part, due to his direction and along with his leadership team, productivity in his office is at an all-time high, and overall profitability has quadrupled, a pattern he has repeated as a leader in other Keller Williams offices (Market Centers). Due to these results, Eric has become known as a leader in the industry in his local market area and consistently attracts talented real estate professionals where he has helped thousands of agents double and triple their individual production and their incomes. Current team members have come to rely on Eric’s guidance and caring approach to team building through his exceptional consulting abilities. Eric is patient and supportive with newer associates and has the wisdom and experience to offer structure and support vital to the success of the more experienced agents. A believer in constant growth, Eric wholeheartedly believes that every associate deserves access to the best models, systems, technology and tools available that promote success at the highest levels. He is on a mission to deliver extreme value to everyone he coaches. Prior to his career in real estate, Eric worked as a Physical Therapist having been attracted to the field through his own active, athletic nature. He holds a degree in Allied Sciences from Mt. Ida College and his interests and hobbies are in his many years of practice of Karate as well as his love of golf. Eric resides in Norton, Massachusetts with his wife, three daughters and dog (Max).
