I’m Lauren, Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Showcase Properties. As part of the leadership team, I work closely with the OP, TL, and MCA to help our market center thrive. My role includes overseeing onboarding and offboarding, managing our training calendar, and supporting administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly. I also assist in planning events, trainings, and meetings to drive growth for our agents. I’m passionate about supporting agents and celebrating their wins, big or small, making sure their hard work is always recognized.

With a background in communication and social media, I approach my work with creativity and organization. Problem-solving is one of my strengths, and I’m passionate about creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported.
